Above Eye Level Cleaning Scope of Work Template

A good above-eye-level scope lists each item type and count, ceiling heights, the areas included, frequency, working hours, protection requirements, documentation expectations and exclusions. Use the template below to collect comparable bids.

Template sections

  • Facility name, address and square footage
  • Areas included (dining, kitchen, lobby, etc.)
  • Item counts: diffusers, returns, fans, fixtures, TVs, signs
  • Linear feet: exposed ducts, beams, pipes
  • Ceiling heights and any lift requirements
  • Frequency: initial reset plus maintenance schedule
  • Working hours and access
  • Protection of food, equipment and merchandise
  • Documentation: before-and-after photos and a service report
  • Exclusions: duct interiors, hood systems, sprinkler heads, suspect materials
