How AELC providers clean HVLS fans
Every AELC Network Provider follows the AELC Source-Control Method: do not move the contamination; capture it or contain it. For HVLS fans, that means:
- Identify. Confirm fan diameter and height, plan the lift and coordinate lockout of the fan.
- Capture. Vacuum each airfoil top with a HEPA source-capture vacuum.
- Contain. Damp-wipe airfoils and hub.
- Verify. Remove lockout with facility staff, run the fan and confirm smooth operation.
